Boubou Cissé is a Malian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Mali from 2019 to 2020. His premiership was cut short by the 2020 Malian coup d'état. Before becoming Prime Minister, Cissé held ministerial positions in the Malian government, including Minister of Industry and Mines and Minister of Economy and Finance. He is an economist by training.
