Christopher Francis Patten, Baron Patten of Barnes, is a British politician. He served as the Chairman of the Conservative Party and the 28th and last Governor of Hong Kong. In 2005, he was made a life peer and served as Chancellor of the University of Oxford. Patten is one of two living former governors of Hong Kong.
