Goh Chok Tong, often known as GCT, is a retired Singaporean politician who served as the second prime minister of Singapore from 1990 to 2004. Before becoming Prime Minister, he was a prominent member of the People's Action Party (PAP) and served as a Member of Parliament for several constituencies. As Prime Minister, he focused on economic growth and social development. He later served as Senior Minister of Singapore from 2004 to 2011, continuing to contribute to the country's governance.
