Inga Ruginienė is a Lithuanian trade unionist and politician. She has been serving as the 19th Prime Minister of Lithuania since September 25, 2025. A member of the Social Democratic Party (LSDP), she has also been a Member of the Seimas since 2024. Prior to becoming Prime Minister, she served as the Minister of Social Security and Labour, gaining experience in social policy and labor relations.
