Pascal Lamy is a French political consultant and businessman. He served as the Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO) for two terms, from 2005 to 2013. Prior to his role at the WTO, he was the European Commissioner for Trade, from 1999 to 2004. Lamy has also held advisory positions and is the Honorary President of the Paris-based think tank, Notre Europe.
