Victoire Sidémého Dzidudu Dogbé Tomegah is a Togolese politician who served as the 13th and final prime minister of Togo. She was the first woman to hold the office. Prior to her premiership, Tomegah Dogbé held the position of minister of Grassroots Development, Handicrafts, Youth and Youth Employment in the government of Komi Sélom Klassou and also served as the Cabinet Director of President Faure Gnassingbé.
