Yusuf Raza Gilani is a Pakistani politician. He served as the 16th Prime Minister of Pakistan from 2008 to 2012. A member of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Gilani is the first and only ethnic Saraiki prime minister of the country. Currently, he serves as the chairman of the senate of Pakistan since 2024.
