Sergey Vladilenovich Kiriyenko is a Russian politician currently serving as the First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia since 2016. He previously served as the Prime Minister of Russia under President Boris Yeltsin in 1998. Kiriyenko also headed the Rosatom nuclear energy company from 2005 to 2016. As a technocrat, he is deeply involved in the administration of Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine since the 2022 invasion.
