Andrius Kubilius is a Lithuanian politician currently serving as the European Commissioner for Defence and Space. He previously served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) and twice as the Prime Minister of Lithuania, from 1999 to 2000 and again from 2008 to 2012. Kubilius was the leader of the Homeland Union party from 2003 to 2015. He is known for his role in Lithuania's economic reforms and European integration.
